You can avoid encoding the Cast of the movie. This allocates about 100 MiB of the WMV file.
Since the length of the movie gets shorter, you can use a higher bit rate for video and gain more quality.
Example: The DVD: Road Kill is 1:33:03 hours long. To fit it in one 700 MiB, the target Video Bitrate will be 835 Kbps with 192 Kbps 5.1 Audio.
Play the DVD in your favorite DVD Player software and determine at which second the Cast starts. In this DVD, the movie actually ends at 01:28:55
Use your Bitrate Calculator and put this length (01:28:55) to determine the target Video Bit rate
